Not to commit any crimes, not to seek employment in law enforcement, If all conditions are complied with count 1 will be dismissed at the end of two(2) years.

• Count 2 :  940.19(1) Battery Misd. A  Guilty / No Contest ***Penalty - 40 hours community service and must apologize to victims Spets and Kehoe
