Patrick J. Madden: refuses to open Don's letters.

This is a photo taken today in the Iron County courthouse of a box of 40+ UNOPENED letters Don wrote to Judge Patrick Madden. In 2005, a directive was issued to Judge Madden, by John Voelkers, Director of State Courts, directing him to open and respond to Don's letters.
